  • Initiation and management of a large-scale project : Extension and partial renovation of the Museum (AMBRE): drawing up the program, member of the jury of architectural competition, follow-up of the preliminary project.
  • Development of a new medium-term vision
  • Initiation and supervision of the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the museum.
  • In 2018, organization in Geneva of the annual conference of ECSITE, the largest European network of Science Centers and Museums
  • 30% increase in museum attendance with more than 300,000 visitors
  • New program of temporary exhibitions inviting debate and societal questioning.
  • Support and supervision of the acquisition of new software for the digitalization of collections.
  • Consolidation and reorientation of research activities in relation to new international legal requirements
  • Introduction of a new organization chart better adapted to the new objectives and challenges of the museum.
  • Optimization of the financial resources of the museum by developing a fundraising policy with new patrons and contributions.
  • Member of the jury for the recruitment of three new museum directors in Switzerland (Basel, Neuchatel and Fribourg).
